city lights bookstore event w/ jennifer mcgaha

For all the reading folks in the Sylva - Cullowhee areas of Western North Carolina, I’m excited to announce that memoirist and essayist (and my friend!) Jennifer McGaha is joining me at City Lights Bookstore on Saturday, May 17th at 3:00 PM.

Jennifer is the author, most recently, of The Joy Document (which I utterly loved). We’re going to talk THE MINIATURIST’S ASSISTANT, hiking, dogs, the writing life, and more, in one of the coolest bookstores in Western North Carolina. Sure hope you’ll join us!
