the miniaturist’s assistant in historical novels review

I’ve been a member of the Historical Novels Society and a subscriber to their quarterly magazine, Historical Novels Review, for a very long time. I eagerly await my newest issue, pen and highlighter in hand.

Over the years of my own writer’s journey, I’ve highlighted so many different things in each issue: new books I want to read, authors I want to follow or get to know better, agents to query, publishers to explore, and beautiful lines or advice in the plethora of articles. It’s a dream to have The Miniaturist’s Assistant be reviewed with such thought and care in the May 2025 issue by editor Bonnie DeMoss.

In just 8 days, The Miniaturist’s Assistant launches into the world from Regal House Publishing. I can’t wait to share this story with y’all.
